Order processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Delivery times (after processing)
- Domestic: 5–8 business days
- International: 8–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; they may vary during peak periods or due to carrier delays.
Shipping costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. Orders over $99 ship free.
Tracking A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Customs, duties, and taxes (international) International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost or delayed packages If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, contact Support@ashfordrow.com and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, though we'll do our best to help.
